This is Máximaatje, a two-year-old miniature horse who is as sweet as she looks. Suus Kuyten is auctioning this endearing mini mare for a cause she is passionate about: <a href=”https://www.prinsesmaximacentrum.nl/nl”>the Prinses Máxima Centrum</a>, an institute with the mission to cure every child with cancer. And that is desperately needed. Every year, approximately 600 children in the Netherlands are diagnosed with cancer, and one in four children with cancer dies from this disease.

The proceeds from Máximaatje will go entirely to the Princess Máxima Center and will be used for research into the treatment of pediatric oncology.
